GREENWOOD, Ind. – Three members of the Davenport University men's swimming team earned Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators (CSC). The organization announced the list of honorees on April 7.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's Swimming & Diving Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Davenport had three student-athletes earn this distinction for the first time in their careers.
Matthew Gauck (Jenison, Mich.),
Maciej Konarski (Warsaw, Poland), and
Gage Pompileo (Otsego, Mich.) are representing the Panthers this year. Outstanding student-athletes are nominated for Academic All-District® recognition by communications directors. They must have a minimum 3.50 GPA and meet high athletic standards as well as participate in a majority of the team's competitions.
