GULF SHORES, Ala. – The final game of Pool E takes place tomorrow at 11:30am EST as the Davenport Lady Panthers will face Notre Dame College (Ohio).  Davenport is making its first ever appearance at the national tourney after claiming the WHAC regular season and WHAC tournament titles. The Opponent: #RV Notre Dame (Ohio)

Notre Dame College received an automatic bid to the NAIA National Championships by winning the American Mideast Conference (AMC) Tournament championship. 

The Falcons defeated Walsh 5-4 before defeating Point Park twice to claim the tournament title. 

Junior outfielder Charisse Colston is one of the main offensive threats for the Falcons as she leads the team in almost every statistical category.  Colston boasts a .415 batting average and .931 slugging %. 

Colston leads the team in RBI (43), HR (15), 2B (10), 3B (6) and runs scored with 51.

Notre Dame has been balanced on the mound in 2011 with two pitchers appearing in at least 70 innings while two more have finished at least 30.

Christine Camp leads the team with a 2.83 ERA while Kelli Lennox is tops in wins with 8.  Camp is holding her opponents to a team low .250 batting average.
