GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Coming off their first loss of the season last Saturday against Oakland, the Davenport D3 hockey team will look to get back on the winning track as three games are on the horizon including the first two Michigan Colligate Hockey Conference games. The Panthers will play a home-and-home series with Lansing CC Friday at 8 p.m. in Lansing and Saturday at 7 p.m. at Patterson Ice Center. Following the series DU hits the road again to face Adrian College- Gold for an afternoon game Sunday at 2 p.m.

Scouting the Teams
DU comes back after a tough 2-3 loss on Saturday against Oakland to play in their first conference game of the year at Lansing Community College on Friday at 7:20 p.m. The Panthers offenses have produced 43 goals on the season, including seven by Daniel Swink who leads the team in goals, and they have only let 12 shots find the back of their net all season. LCC goal and assist leader Will Badner has given LCC 18 points throughout the four games they have played.

Last Time against LCC
Last season Davenport was able to beat Lansing CC all three times they met. Combined, The Stars put up six goals against the Panthers, while DU captured 25 goals across the three meetings.

Scouting Adrian- Gold
After their Friday-Saturday series, they will head to Adrian to play Adrian- Gold for a mid-day game. Adrian maintains a 1-3 record. The Bulldogs have totaled 28 points so far this year. Last Season Adrian- Gold beat us two out of three games, including a 4-3 win in the MCHC tournament finals
