GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Division two Louisville will take a trip to Grand Rapids this weekend for Friday and Saturday games at Patterson Ice Center. Davenport had a week to rest after a 2-1 weekend in which they beat Lansing Community College twice but fell short to Adrian College- gold on Sunday. The showdown begins Friday at 8:20 p.m. and continues Saturday for an early game at 3:20 p.m.

Scouting Louisville
The Cardinals have accumulated 110 points so far this season, posting a record of 6-3 this overall season. David Bechard leads Louisville in goals with eight on the season. Last weekend the Cardinals played a series against Wright State University in which they were able to win the first game 4-1 and tie the next game 4-4. Trevor Beck is the team's starting goalie and has nearly 200 saves this season, holding a 3-1-1 record in the games he has participated in.
 
Scouting Davenport
Although the Panthers won both of their conference games last weekend, they are coming off of a tough 4-6 loss against Adrian College- Gold last Sunday which put their record at 8-2. Donald Sund has put 20 of the 124 points on the board for DU including nine goals and eleven assists. Daniel Swink isn't far behind him, leading the team in goals with ten and capturing a total of 12 points. Panther goalie John Cruse has a record of 6-2 and has a total of 189 saves this season.
 
Last Season Chris Green and the D3 Panthers headed down to play on Louisville's home ice where they captured wins, 7-1 and 11-0 respectively.
