Scouting Hope College
Hope College has had a strong 2013-2014 season thus far, only losing two games throughout the season and posting a 19-1-0-1 record. Their first loss came from a home game against Oakland in which they were shut-out 3-0. The second loss was in an overtime game against Adrian College- gold where they fell short 3-2 on an away trip to Adrian.

The Flying Dutchmen offense has scored 114 goals and captured 164 assists. Justin Glick leads Hope in overall goals and points with 18 and 33 respectively. Caleb Digison stands as another major offensive threat and tops the team in assists with 24. Andrew Cook is the top dog in goal for Hope, completing 405 or his team's 439 saves and has an overall GAA of 1.77.

Scouting Davenport
The Panthers have had some major accomplishments on offense and defense this year as well which has helped lead them to a record of 20-5-0-1. Jake Otto has been at the top of Davenport's goal scoring list almost the entire season and currently leads with 21 goals. Donald Sund shares a line with Otto and has been a big leader for the Panther offense with 25 assists and 42 points on the season.

A successful hockey team would be nothing without a strong player in the net. John Cruse and Andrew Habasevich have done an excellent job sharing that roll throughout the regular season as it quickly approaches its end. Cruse and Habasevich have saved a combined 553 pucks from finding the back of the net this season! Along with adding hundreds of saves to the record book, these two have given the team a GAA of 2.18 going into Friday's game.

Following this weekend series against Hope College, the Panthers have a Wednesday night game next week against Adrian College- Gold in order to make up last weekend's cancelation. After that they play one last series against Calvin College to conclude regular season play.
