GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Panthers dropped their home game against Adrian College 5-1. Davenport is now 1-8-1 on the season and are looking to get things going.

HOW IT HAPPENED-Adrian College got things going early as Herzig scored in the fourth minute of play for the Bull Dogs.
Jacob Mofield had lots of action in the net as the Bull Dogs fired 12 shots at him in the opening period.

Bailey Rietman would provide the only offense for Davenport during the game. He scored in the fifth minute of the second period, assisted by
Tyler Heyboer. Adrian would match the goal just one minute and ten seconds later. The Bull dogs led 4-1 after 40 minutes of play.
-Adrian would tack on another goal in the 17
th minute of the final period to increase the lead to 5-1.
-Rietman tallied the only goal of the game and Heyboer had the only assist.
-Mofield was constantly working as he saved 37 shots during the game.
