ROCHESTER, Mich. - The Davenport track and field teams made their way to the East side of Michigan to compete at the Oakland Golden Grizzly Invitational on Saturday. The Panthers were able to come away with 11 different top-five finishes and no team scores were kept.

TOP FIVE FINISHERS

• Noah Evers (1st) in the discus throw with a distance of 167' 0" (second best in school history, personal best)
• Erin Dorn (2nd) in the 800 meters with a time of 2:13.11
• Noah Evers (2nd) in the shot put with a throw of 57' 10.25" (now ranked 9th in Division II)
• Brendan LaLonde (2nd) in the 200 meters with a time of 22.29
• Nick Ruvalcaba (2nd) in the pole vault with a height of 14' 11"
• Women's 4x400 meter relay (2nd) in a time of 4:07.61 (Tuuri, Staczek, Dorn, Shannon)
• Shawn Sims (3rd) in the 100 meters with a time of 11.03
• Bryce Albrecht (4th) in the javelin with a throw of 155' 9" (personal best)
• Allison Ryder (4th) in the discus throw with a distance of 127' 10" (personal best)
• Bryce Albrecht (5th) in the pole vault with a height of 14' 11"
• Lisa Wangler (5th) in the shot put with a distance of 40' 10.5"
