Garrett Swan got his first start of the series on Sunday against Parkside and made the most of it. The junior outfielder went 3-for-3 with a double and his second home run of the season and finished with a season-high five RBI in a 19-2 victory to complete a four-game sweep against the Rangers. Swan ties
Sam Clay as the only Panther to record five RBI in a game this season. Clay did his on March 21 against Purdue Northwest in the GLIAC opener.
12 different Panthers had a base hit for a total of 19 hits.
Justin Johnson went 3-for-3 with three runs scored and three RBI. He hit his sixth home run of the season as a solo shot in the fifth inning.
Xander Reisbig hit his fifth home run of the season as a three-run blast in the third inning and finished 1-for-3.
Dylan Pawenski launched his team-leading seventh home run of the season as a no-doubter, solo jack in the second inning and went 3-for-3 with four runs scored and three RBI.
Logan Todd went 2-for-3 with a pair of RBI and had one of eight doubles by the Panthers on the day.Â

Michael Tchavdarov had a sacrifice fly and scored a pair of runs.
James Geshel picked up the win improving to 3-2 this season. He threw four innings and allowed two earned runs on two hits with one walk and five strikeouts. Parkside scored their two runs on a Carter Storti home run in the fourth inning.
Colton Blankstrom tossed two innings and allowed no runs with three strikeouts.
Jack Sielatycki finished the game in the seventh inning and faced four batters with a walk and strikeout.
The Panthers (25-10) will now face their only NCAA Division I opponent of the season when they travel to Mt. Pleasant on Monday, Apr. 14 for a 3:00 PM contest against Central Michigan (14-22).
