GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Davenport men's volleyball team moved to 9-0, defeating visiting Ferris State University in a three-set sweep (25-15, 25-13, 25-20) on Wednesday, Jan. 28 at the DU Student Center. Gavin Vandergraaf and Jackson Palmitier led the Panthers offensively with 10 kills apiece. James May, Peyton Keely, and Logan Sowers each had two service aces. Tristan Whitman assisted on 20 kills and added three of his own kills. Jacob Block added 10 assists. Vandergraaf and Natanael Mena each recorded two block assists. The men's volleyball team plays next Tuesday, February 3, when they travel to the University of Olivet for a 7:30 PM match.
