Ashley Secures Another G-MAC Athlete of the Week Award

G-MAC – Jayden Ashey of the Davenport University men's lacrosse team has been named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Offensive Athlete of the Week, the league announced on Monday afternoon (April 6).

It marks the second straight week that Ashley has earned the award and fourth time this season. Overall, the men's lacrosse team has earned G-MAC Athlete of the Week honors seven times this season.

This past week, Ashley had an eight-point performance (five goals and three assists) to lead DU to a 20-9 win over Lake Erie on Saturday (April 4).

Looking ahead, Ashley and the Panthers will compete in their final non-conference game of the year, hosting UIndy on Wednesday at the DU Turf Field.
