G-MAC – For the third time this season, Jayden Ashley of the Davenport men's lacrosse team has been named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Offensive Player of the Week.

Ashley led the Panthers to a perfect 2-0 record last week, including the best performance of his career on Saturday (March 28), finishing the game with a career-high 12 points (10 goals and two assists) in a 20-6 win over Thomas More. To open the week, Ashley had six goals and two assists in a 20-5 victory over Tiffin on Tuesday (March 24).

The Panthers have now earned Athlete of the Week six times this season; Ashley (three times), Sean House (two times) and Charlie Fritz (once).

Looking ahead to this week, Ashley and the Panthers will head to Painesville, Ohio to take on Lake Erie at 1 p.m. on Saturday (April 4).
