USILA – Jayden Ashley of the Davenport University men's lacrosse team has been named an Honorable Mention All-Region selection by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA).

In his final season with the Panthers, Ashley was a First Team All-G-MAC honoree. He finished the year leading all of NCAA Division II in goals per game, averaging 4.12 per contest. Ashley was also fourth in the nation in points per game 5.35. He earned G-MAC Offensive Player of the Week honors five times this season. In his best game of the season, he led the team to a 20-point victory over Davis & Elkins (April 11) with a career-high 14 points, the most in school history in the NCAA Division II era. 

Overall, the Lawrenceville, N.Y. native finished the season with 75 goals, 22 assists and eight caused turnovers, all marking career-bests.
