GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The #2 ranked Lady Panthers will host the 2010-11 Panther Invitational starting today inside the DU Student Center.  Games will kick off at 5:30pm as Grace College (Ind.) will face Robert Morris (Ill.).  Davenport will then take on Trinity International at 7:30pm.  All games are available through live stats and broadcast on the DAN.

The 2010-11 women's basketball team hosts its first ever tournament inside the Student Center and you can follow along the action on the tournament page above.  DU will be broadcasting all four games of the two-day event and will also provide live stats and chat.

At 5:30pm, the tourney will kick off with Grace College of the MCC facing Robert Morris University of the CCAC.  The Lancers bring an overall record of 3-0 into the tournament while the Eagles are 3-1.

The second game of the night features the host Lady Panthers (3-0) who are currently ranked #2 in the NAIA Top-25 poll.  Davenport is 3-0 on the year with wins against #21 Hastings, #23 Briar Cliff and NAIA D1 #RV Olivet Nazarene.  The Trojans are 2-3 overall and have lost their previous two games coming into the weekend.
