GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Coming off a 69-39 Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference victory over archrival Cornerstone, the 12th-ranked Davenport women's basketball team ventures to the West Coast for Thanksgiving Weekend to play two games in Southern California. The Lady Panthers will play Concordia (Calif.) Friday at 5 p.m. and San Diego Christian at 5:30 p.m. All times are Eastern.

While Concordia and Davenport have never met before, the Lady Panthers have visited San Diego Christian's campus in 2008, beating the Hawks 87-72.

After playing four games on the road to start the season, Concordia (Calif.) will open its home schedule against Davenport Friday. Under fifth-year head coach Jenny Hansen, the Eagles are still in search for their first win of the season. Katie Ogdon and Ashley Engeln both pace the Eagles with 12.0 points per game. Camesha Patton leads the Eagles in rebounds, averaging 5.3 per game.

San Diego Christian returns home after playing the last four games on the road. Heather Serven, Chardonnay Shula and Alexa Davison have been getting the starting nod by sixth-year head coach Kelsey Dillon this season. Irene Lopez, who has started all but one game, leads the team in rebounds.
