GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Davenport University men's lacrosse team is looking to get back on track as they return home to host the University of Buffalo on Sunday. The Panthers are coming off a three game road trip in Arizona which the finished 1-2. Live stats will be available for Sunday's game starting at noon.
The Panthers faced some stiff competition on their road trip as they faced three top 25 opponents. DU opened the trip with a 14-12 win over #22 Arizona then lost 15-14 in OT to No. 24 Grand Canyon and 15-9 to No. 6 Arizona State University. Despite dropping two games, the Panthers moved up to No.23 in the latest MCLA division 1 poll.
Davenport will face another tough opponent on Sunday. Buffalo just missed out on cracking the top 25 and sit at No.27. The Bulls enter Sunday's showdown with a 2-2 record with wins over Clemson and Florida. Buffalo's offense will be led by midfielders Ryan Sans and Ron Hatch who have seven and five goals respectively. Ryan Lichtman has seen the most time in net for the Bulls and has posted a 6.25 GAA and a .677 save percentage.
Davenport will continue to rely on the trio of upper classman attackers

Lyle Parks. Boggiano the team in goals with 19 while Parks is second with 15. Richtsmeier leads the team in points with 35. (14 goals, 21 assists)
