MT. PLEASANT, Mich. - The Davenport men's lacrosse team began their season with a dominant 21-9 performance at Central Michigan on Feb. 17. The Panthers fired 43 shots in the contest while the Chippewas had 21 shots. DU opened up the game with 14 of their goals coming in the second half. DU scored nine of those goals in the fourth quarter to pull away.
