The final score of 16 – 4 means the Panthers are now outscoring their opponents 45-24 in the last three games. The scoring in the last three games has been led by juniors
Bryan Larocque and
Jarred Riley and freshman
Jake Wilson. Both Larocque and Wilson have been able to put up a hat trick in each of the last three games. The Panthers are looking to carry this winning streak into the weekend where they will face Miami of Ohio at home Saturday April 1 at 6 p.m.

HOW IT HAPPENEDComing out strong, Western Michigan was able to find the back of the net three times to keep up with Davenport early in the first quarter 3-3. Following a strong defensive stand on a man-up oppourtunity for WMU, the Panthers were able to make it 6-3 going into the second quarter, with a pair of goals by Larocque, assisted by
Jack Faulkner and Riley. For the next three quarters the DU defense was able to hold Western to just one goal. While the offense continued to click, wins at the facoe-off circle were dominated by junior
Joe Lopez who went 10-for-10 on the evening. The offense was able to put up a total of 16 goals, with great efforts by Riley (1g,3a),
