ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The Davenport women's basketball team has earned its tenth straight trip to the NAIA DII National Tournament as they claimed the regular season WHAC title outright tonight with an 82-57 victory at Concordia. DU's 20

Tiesha Stokes posted her fifth double-double of the season as the sophomore finished with 30 points and 13 rebounds while she was joined in double-figures by
Alex Law who connected on six 3-pointers for 18 points on the night.
Kelly Dineen, making the first start of her DU career, finished with eight rebounds while
Brittany Johnson had a team high five assists.
The first four possessions of the game featured 3-point trips for each squad but after the tie score at 6-6, Davenport scored 26 of the next 28 points to open up a 32-8 lead. Highlighting the run was four triples with DU getting a pair from
Alex Law and one each from
Kia Frazier and

Looking to end a two-game losing skid in Ann Arbor, DU took a 27-point into the second half and although Concordia outscored the Panthers 22-14 in the first 11 minutes, Davenport still maintained at least a 20-point cushion for much of the remaining time.

Davenport will return home on Saturday to begin a three-game home-stand to finish the regular season. The No. 2 ranked Lady Panthers will host Indiana Tech at 1 p.m. as the Warriors come in receiving votes in the latest NAIA DII Top-25 poll.
