GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The newest MCLA DI Top-25 Poll was released on Tuesday and Davenport now sits at No. 15 in the country with a perfect 4-0 mark. Head coach
Chris Gervat and his Panthers will head to Colorado to face No. 6 Colorado State, No. 2 Colorado and UNLV in a tough 3-match stretch that will cover four days. Davenport is fresh off an 11-9 win over Liberty University last weekend and is making their first appearance in Colorado since winning the 2011 DII national championship.

The Rams come into the matchup on Thursday ranked No. 6 in the most recent Top-25 poll and they own an overall record of 6-3. Sean Smith leads the team with 20 points as he is second in goals (7) and first in assists (13). Leading the squad in goals is Kacy Carter who has nine while the top netminder is Koltin Fatzinger who has a .658 save percentage. CSU has won two of their last three games overall with their latest showing a 6-5 setback to Chapman.

The Buffaloes were arguably the hottest team in the country coming into their last three games but then losses to Michigan State and Arizona State (top-ranked team in the land) have brought their overall record to 5-2. The Buffaloes, in only seven games so far, have racked up 106 goals led by Jack Cranston's 24 to go along with a team leading 19 assists. Riley Seidel is second with 20 goals and 12 assists. CU will play UNLV before its matchup with the Panthers.

The Runnin' Rebels who compete in the SLC, have an overall record of 5-6 entering the week in which they will face Colorado State and Colorado as well as the Panthers. UNLV is led by a very balanced attack on offense as Brandon Edgell is tops with 39 points (19g, 20a) while Blake Day leads the squad with 24 goals. UNLV has won two of their last three contests with wins over Utah Valley and Chico State while falling to UC Santa Barbara.
