GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The women's and men's track and field teams took part in the Grand Rapids Sports Hall of Fame Classic on Friday in a meet that features all of the area colleges and universities, They were able to finish third on the women's and men's side.
Two of the main highlights included
Mackenzie Brigham in the triple jump setting a personal best with a distance of 36' 1.25" to win the event. That mark also ranks her second in the GLIAC. The other one was
Isaiah Schafer in the weight throw winning the event with a toss of 62' 1.25" which ranks him 18th in Division II.
